01Who we are

Criteria Films is a film production studio incorporated as Criteria S.A., domiciled in Panama, Republic of Panama. For any question about these terms, write to hola@criteriafilms.com.

02Use of the site

The content of this site — copy, audiovisual pieces, posters, brand — belongs to Criteria Films or its clients and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view it and share links; you may not reproduce it or use it commercially without written permission.

The site is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. We may change its content at any time.

03Services and proposals

Production services are engaged through a specific proposal or contract. Commercial conditions — scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables and rights over the pieces — are agreed in each proposal and prevail over these general terms.

04YouTube API Services

Criteria Films operates internal editorial research tools that use YouTube API Services to query public information about videos and channels. These tools are for the exclusive use of our team and are not distributed or sold to third parties.

Use of those tools is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

How we handle data obtained from the API — public data only, no OAuth, refreshed or deleted within 30 days — is described in our privacy policy.

05Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Criteria Films is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that Panamanian law does not allow to be limited.

06Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute is submitted to the Panamanian courts.

07Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date in the header. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
